Terms and Conditions for Our Era Marketplace
Seller Responsibilities:
- Sellers are fully responsible for the products they upload, digital or physical.
- Sellers must own all rights or proper licenses for their products. No third-party or unauthorised content.
- For physical items, sellers must handle their own shipping, clearly communicate delivery times on listings, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sellers must provide direct customer support. for their own store.
Prohibited Content:
- No illegal, counterfeit, or pirated goods, including unauthorised software or media.
- Any violation will lead to immediate removal of the listing and potential account suspension.
Digital Products & Licenses:
- If digital products require license keys or serials, sellers must deliver them directly to the buyer.
Communication:
- Sellers must keep customers informed of order status, shipping timelines, and any issues.
Enforcement:
- Our Era LTD reserves the right to monitor listings. If rules are broken, listings or accounts may be removed.
Dispute Resolution:
- Sellers are expected to resolve disputes. Failure to do so may result in account review.
Our Era Ltd provides a platform that enables independent sellers to list and sell products and services. Sellers are solely responsible for the products, content, descriptions, files, media, software, digital downloads, and other materials they upload or offer for sale through the marketplace.
Our Era Ltd does not create, own, verify, endorse, or guarantee any products listed by sellers and shall not be held liable for any illegal, infringing, counterfeit, defective, misleading, or otherwise prohibited products uploaded by marketplace sellers.
Our Era Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to investigate, suspend, remove, or permanently delete any product listing, store, vendor account, or content that is found to violate these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or marketplace policies, without prior notice.
By registering as a seller, you acknowledge and agree that you are fully responsible for ensuring that all products, content, and materials uploaded to the marketplace comply with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and intellectual property rights.
The seller agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Our Era Ltd, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from the seller’s products, content, conduct, intellectual property infringement, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or violation of any applicable law.
By using Our Era Marketplace, sellers agree to all terms.
